It's really hard to get everyone for an outing during the weekends, but we did it after a few attempts. We did managed to go ECP for cycling too a month or so ago (see below).Anyway, the zoo outing exceeded my expectation. The previous time I went to the zoo was with my nieces 2 years ago before they went to Australia. The weather was hot and humid then. My nieces were not too uncomfortable to enjoy.
This outing was organised by Yileng. She got us the corporate passes and we visited the zoo for 50 cents each. Thanks, Yileng. =)
Our dear friend, Alex, guided us throughout the journey. We had only 2 hours before some needed to leave. Alex planned the route so well that I think we seen all the more popular animals within the timing. He shared what he knew about the animals, how they were brought to Singapore, how they fed etc. along the way. Thanks, Alex.
We ended the day with delicious sandwiches made by Yileng and an animal show. =)
